Beyond how your participation in the walk helps us raise greater awareness about critical issues in our City, our event offers you a springboard into your own personal interests in finding ways to give back.
Individuals, families, corporations, neighborhood groups and hundreds of the city’s most dedicated nonprofit leaders and community activists will walk from Manhattan to Brooklyn for the Volunteer Festival in Cadman Plaza Park.
You will learn about some of the innovative ways that United Way, the City and our nonprofit and corporate partners are working together to solve complex problems.
