Urge the Super Committee to Protect Vulnerable Citizens
With the November 23 deadline looming for the Congressional Joint Committee on Deficit Reduction, or Super Committee, to submit its plan for reducing the federal deficit, it's imperative that each of us take the time to urge the Committee to take a fair and balanced approach that does no harm to the most vulnerable in our society.
Send a message to the Committee today to ask that they protect refundable tax credits for low-income working families and continue to support funding for early childhood education, food stamps, and emergency food and shelter.
